Los Angeles, California, March 12, 2008 - Bestofmedia Group reported exceptional performance in 2007 following the successful execution of its strategy set three years prior and its acquisition of Tom's Hardware in April 2007. As a result of the acquisition, Bestofmedia Group, a French-based company, gained significant industry market share in the United States and Asia while maintaining its strong leadership position in Europe and France.  

Following the acquisition, Bestofmedia Group has rebranded its large portfolio of online media properties to fall under three major brands ? Tom's Hardware (www.TomsHardware.com), Tom's Guide (www.TomsGuide.com) and Tom's Games (www.TomsGames.com). The company has consolidated all of its sites into a unified, state-of-the-art technology platform worldwide. 

2007 was a banner year for Bestofmedia Group with over 150% growth in website traffic for its online publications worldwide. Bestofmedia Group has achieved a vast readership of 25 million unique visitors in December 2007 versus 9 million the year prior (Source Xiti Media December 2007).  

In the United States alone, Tom's Hardware (www.TomsHardware.com), Tom's Guide (www.TomsGuide.com) and Tom's Games (www.TomsGames.com) achieved over 42 million average monthly page views (Source Omniture SiteCatalyst HBX, January 2008):

In 2007, Bestofmedia Group has doubled the number of total employees worldwide. It has company-owned operations in the United States, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Taiwan, and China, and licensed operations in Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Turkey and Russia.

Bestofmedia Group increased revenue to $16.7 million in 2007, compared to $6 million the year prior. In 2008, the company plans to increase revenue to $30 million, increase traffic to 33 million monthly unique visitors, and achieve the number two spot in overall worldwide rankings for dedicated high-tech sites.
